Strategy

We develop, in consultation with the client, measureable multi-year marketing strategies with a tactical plan detailing specific actions to be accomplished in the current year.

We also recognise that marketing strategies are dynamic and interactive. We continuously evaluate the internal and external environments and consider factors such as marketing mix modelling, performance analysis, strategic constraints, customer analysis, competitor analysis, and the technological, economic, cultural or political aspects likely to impact performance.

As a key element of the strategic offering, we implement a process to monitor progress and design a set of contingencies to be followed if problems arise in the implementation of the plan.

The community in this case is essentially the reader. What do we need to know that will add value to our lives, our families, our loved ones and careers? What is our future vision for this area and what seeds need to be sown now to inspire positive, fulfilling lives and future growth?

In order to achieve this, substantial investment has been made to ensure that Purely Local is the first sophisticated multi-platform community magazine of it’s kind!
